Stock and Prices

All the products we supply are 100% authentic and genuine. We have taken great care to ensure that the stock list is updated as often as possible. Products/shades/and prices are subject to change at any time. However, we will endeavour to inform you before dispatch of any price changes. All prices shown on the price list are in US Dollars (USD). With an approximate value in USD given for convenience.

Discounts and Coupons

Discounts and coupons do not apply to promotional products, sales or clearance items. In addition, some brands and bulk stock at preferential prices are exempt from discounts based on order value.

Minimum Spend

We do have a minimum order amount which varies according to brands and products ordered. But generally, our minimum order amount varies between $10,000 to $25,000. At the stage of placing your order, you will be notified of the exact minimum order. Any Orders below the given value will not be accepted.

Payment

Payment must be made and verified before any order is picked and processed. If an order is urgent, then please pay as soon as possible. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, Telegraphic Transfer, ACH Transfer within the USA. We accept payment by standard credit card (with a small surcharge) or debit card (no surcharge) for a smaller amount.

Delivery

Our orders are Ex.Singapore for the rest of the world and ex.Dubai for middle eastern markets, We will try our utmost best to prepare your order out at the earliest time possible. You are welcome to inspect the goods. Inspections are welcome.

Damages / Returns

All our products are originals and come in company sealed packing (original manufacturer package). Should you not be satisfied with any goods you have received, please let us know to find a suitable solution.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel/ edit or remove any items from your order after being sent to us, you must contact us immediately.
